Return & Refund Policy – Voltvibe LLC

At Voltvibe LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns under the following terms.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition

  • It must include all original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Orders Shipped to the European Union

For EU customers, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
