Voltvibe Electric Bicycle – Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Voltvibe electric bicycle. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product.

Non-returnable items: used batteries, items damaged by misuse, or customized products.

2. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

3. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., wrong model or color), please contact us via sales@ebikb.com or Contact Us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Warranty Claims


Voltvibe electric bicycles come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • For warranty claims, contact sales@ebikb.com or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We may request photos or videos to evaluate the issue before approving repair, replacement, or refund.
