Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee

Voltvibe LLC offers free shipping to the continental United States. All taxes and shipping fees are covered by Voltvibe LLC.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped from local U.S. warehouses. Normally, products are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and courier. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is not available to the following areas:

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • U.S. Territories, including:

    • Puerto Rico

    • Guam

    • American Samoa

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • Palau

    • Federated States of Micronesia

    • Marshall Islands

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • PO Boxes

Please make sure to provide a valid street address within the continental United States. We cannot deliver to military zones, PO Boxes, or the regions listed above.

Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Voltvibe LLC is not responsible for delays caused by such events but will provide timely updates and resume shipping as soon as possible.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us at VoltVibe@icloud.com and provide your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email VoltVibe@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will handle the issue promptly.

Address Changes

Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned or signed for by someone else, any resulting costs or losses will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
