Voltvibe Electric Bicycle – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada, with orders shipped from local warehouses.

  • Products typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and courier.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • For other international orders, please contact us before placing an order. We also have a warehouse in Europe and can provide the best shipping solution.

2. Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote U.S. areas: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and P.O. boxes

  • Please provide a valid street address within the U.S. or Canada. We cannot ship to the above remote areas, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.

3. Shipping Exceptions

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.

  • Voltvibe LLC is not responsible for such delays but will provide updates and resume delivery as soon as possible.

4. Lost or Misdelivered Packages

  • If your package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please email sales@ebikb.com and include your order number.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Order Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please email sales@ebikb.com or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Changes

  • Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • If an incorrect address results in a returned package or delivery to someone else, any associated costs or losses are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your shipping information carefully before placing an order.
